If past experiences continue to show up in your thoughts, body, or relationships, you’re not alone. Trauma doesn’t just live in memory, it lives in the nervous system. I specialize in working with adults who have experienced childhood trauma, abuse, neglect, or chronic stress and now struggle with anxiety, emotional regulation, or feeling stuck. Many of my clients are high-functioning, deeply caring individuals who learned early on to put others first. I am EMDR-trained and use trauma-focused, evidence-based approaches.
