My name is Nastacia Parham, and I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) based in the greater Sacramento County area in CA, and I work with clients statewide via telehealth. I work with adults (18+) and specialize in individual therapy treating diverse populations experiencing anxiety, depression, stress, and trauma using an integrated approach of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Multicultural Therapy to help find their inner strength to overcome adversity and find ways to cope and build long-term resiliency.
