You are an adult corporate professional, high functioning, high achieving, type A personality who is experiencing job related stress leading to burn out. A first responder who sometime experience job related or acute stress reaction due to relationship strain, anxiety and/ or post-traumatic stress injury symptoms from a call. You are experiencing health concerns, and you want someone who understands both your medical and mental health needs. You are a medical professional or Mental Health provider who functions well and are highly motivated and committed to do the hard work. Note: Couples and teens will be seen by my co-therapist.
