I enjoy helping individuals, couples, and families learn to cope with anxiety, depression, trauma, sleep concerns, parenting difficulties, stress management, relationship conflicts/breakups, communication difficulties, grief and loss, life transitions, feeling overwhelmed, and feelings of low self-worth. I have extensive experience working with children in foster care and adoption. I have provided individual and family therapy services to adults and children for the past 6 years. I have also worked with families for the past 11 years to assist them in transforming their families to collaborate and thrive with each other. My therapeutic approach is individualized and empathic, while empowering my clients to become the best version of themselves. I believe in treating every individual with compassion, respect, and sensitivity. I meet my clients where they are and firmly believe they are the experts of their lives. I also enjoy art such as drawing, crocheting, and sewing.
