I am the Founder and Outpatient Clinician for And The Adventure Continues Counseling where I provide individual and family therapy, caregiver training, and resource support to children, adolescents, and adults ages 3 to 103 utilizing an eclectic, culturally-expansive, trauma-informed, compassionate approach. Unapologetically myself, I hope to make others feel welcome in being unapologetically themselves. I am a LGBTQ+ neurodivergent, (Health At Every Size) HAES-informed, strengths-based therapist (really!). My lived experience allows me to be a creative “outside the box” thinker regarding about what might work/what might not work for my clients.
