I’m Natalie Adams, a therapist who believes healing begins when you feel seen and understood. I view therapy as a space where we take a journey into your world. I aim to understand who you are, the experiences that have shaped you, and where you feel stuck or in conflict. A little about me: I sprinkle a bit of humor into sessions, I enjoy a good TikTok reference, I love music (any genre, try me!), and yes, I would love to see a picture of your dog.
