My ideal client is someone who is looking to embark on a journey of self-discovery and get in touch with their authentic self. Whether you are someone who is impacted by trauma or the everyday stressors of life, art therapy can be a powerful method for change. A client seeking to do art therapy with me needs no prior art experience, only a desire to grow and create. Together, we can create an environment of trust and safety, and with the use of art materials, we can have some fun along the way!
