Hi, Natalie here! I am honored that you are considering therapy and have stopped by my page. I primarily serve clients ages 3 into early adulthood (age 25) who are challenged by critical life transitions and/or unresolved trauma that leads to unmanageable feelings and behaviors. Consequently, I also serve those in helping professions (e.g., education, medicine, mental health, spiritual) to combat burnout/compassion fatigue and related issues. Each client who seeks help desires a break from the overwhelming feelings that cause them to feel emotionally unwell. Thank you for letting me be part of your journey. Using a highly relational and client-centered approach, I provide clinical guidance as we walk the life path together.
