As a mom of 2 HS boys & wife married for 20+ years, I've journeyed many of the challenges we face as women! My work with women encompasses infertility; parenting; relationship & career challenges. The soul of my counseling is the intentional pursuit of relating & connecting with my clients, a journey that allows us to discover the source of their struggles. It is my hope to guide clients in developing stronger support, learning effective coping skills; activating their strengths & healing from trauma.
