My name is Natalie Facio-León, and I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) based in Santa Barbara, CA. I work with clients statewide via Telehealth. I work with parents and adolescents specializing in Anxiety and Depression to help clients start feeling better and meet their goals. My approach to therapy is based on the needs of each individual client. I am client-centered and will meet you where you are at. I use a multi-disciplinary approach pulling from various modalities to work together towards the client's goals.
