Youth, adolescence, and early adulthood often involve significant transitions and times of uncertainty, and therapy can provide a supportive environment when there are challenges with navigating and managing these changes. I enjoy providing therapy to children, teenagers, and young adults, as well as working with parents to determine how they can best support and foster the well-being of their children. I conduct therapy in a positive, open, non-judgmental, and culturally-sensitive manner, and I am flexible in working with each client in a way that best suits his or her specific needs.
