I see therapy as providing an emotionally safe place for clients to reflect on whatever they are experiencing, to feel understood, and to receive help identifying ways to feel more settled internally and more able to manage life problems assertively. I have worked for over 40 years with clients from all kinds of circumstances and with a wide range of relationship and mental health difficulties. Whether they are seeking brief or long-term therapy, alone or with a partner or family members, I welcome clients of all ages.
