I am a believer in holistic healing meaning we must integrate mindfulness and movement in addition to talk therapy. My approach includes holistic practices such as, Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Brainspotting, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Emotion Focused Therapy (EFT) in order to best address your needs.
