My goal is to provide a safe, supportive space where we work together to identify what’s getting in the way of your happiness and create a clear plan for change. Over the past 25 years, I’ve helped people move through life’s challenges using a flexible, integrative approach. I draw from psychodynamic theory, mindfulness practices, cognitive-behavioral tools, experiential therapy, and—above all—a strong therapeutic relationship. I believe that real change is possible at any stage of life.
