Hello, I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with over 19 years of experience working with a variety of clients from different backgrounds, nationalities, identities and orientations. I work closely with clients to create personalized goals and am trained in a wide range of issues including: anxiety, panic, depression, PTSD, identity, sexuality, body image, survivors of trauma, adult children of alcoholics, postpartum depression/anxiety, grief/loss, and many others. If you want to feel better, I am here to help! I offer a warm, non-judgmental, LGBTQ-friendly environment where you feel heard and understood. While I am confident working with a broad range of issues and symptoms, I specialize in healing from trauma. My experiences with EMDR and IFS have demonstrated that people have the potential to heal from anything.
