When certain challenges arise in life, it can be difficult to figure out what the next step is. It can be especially difficult to deal with life's circumstances when you feel like you have to do it on your own, or when you're not really sure where to look for answers. What would it look like if you could find yourself fully empowered to find those answers within yourself? As your therapist, I will stand alongside you and work to help you find healing. Together, we will identify and work through the barriers keeping you from feeling whole and complete... whether those barriers exist in the past, present, or concerns about the future. I specialize in working with trauma, addiction, and BIPOC. I have a passion for working with neurodiverse humans on the ADHD and Autism spectrums. I’m trained in EMDR. I've worked with adolescents, adults, and couples since 2017. My approach is compassionate and non-judgemental, and I will help you confront areas of life keeping you stuck.
