Feeling overwhelmed, anxious, or stuck in a life transition? You may look like you’re “doing fine” on the outside, but internally feel anxious, overthink decisions, or question your worth—especially during major life transitions or relationship stress. Many young adults come to therapy feeling lost, burned out, or disconnected from who they are. You don’t have to navigate this alone. I am a therapist intern working under clinical supervision, offering low-cost, high-quality care in a supportive and ethical setting. My approach is collaborative and client-centered, meaning we move at your pace and focus on what feels most important to you. I integrate evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and mindfulness techniques to help you gain insight into your thoughts, emotions, and patterns while developing tools to improve your overall well-being.
