I am a psychotherapist with a passion for supporting people through difficult transitions in their lives. This can come in a variety of forms whether it be adjusting to a new job, becoming a first-time parent, being diagnosed with a serious illness, as well as a range of other things. My goal is to help you gain a better understanding of your feelings, mood, and behaviors throughout these transitions, and in turn, help you to better manage and cope. Therapy can also be a place to explore strategies for regaining control and moving forward.
