Hello and welcome! I am Natalie and I have spent nearly seven years helping young people, families and adults from various backgrounds face all of life’s challenges. I have a lot of experience working with those who experience anxiety, depression, self-harm, family trauma, and difficult life transitions. I enjoy teaming with clients who would like to improve their relationships or identify and eliminate negative patterns in their lives. I have also committed many years to serving young people with various learning and social disabilities. I work with child and parent to address learning/behavioral issues and mental health.
