I’m Natasha—a Licensed Master Social Worker and the founder of WIRED Wellness Coaching. I work with women who are feeling burned out, overwhelmed, or stuck in transition—whether navigating motherhood, career shifts, loss, or the quiet ache of disconnection. Many of my clients are used to showing up for everyone else, but are ready to make space for their own healing and growth. That’s where I come in. WIRED Wellness Coaching is a non-clinical, one-on-one coaching service rooted in compassion, accountability, and personal growth.
