I provide psychotherapy, clinical supervision and consultation, EMDR consultation, and EMDR intensives for adults in the states of Oregon, Washington, and Alaska. I work from a person-centered and collaborative foundation, supporting clients looking to process and heal from trauma, develop further personal insight, improve relationships with self and others, and explore opportunities for growth, empowerment, and deepened quality of life. I also provide Level 1 adult autism evaluations. My evaluations are person-centered and strengths-based, focusing on your story and experiences as well as diagnostic clarity. In addition to the clinical interview, evaluations include a comprehensive feedback session, written report and individualized recommendations.
