Hi there! I strive to bring an empathetic, collaborative, and nonjudgmental approach to counseling with individuals, teens, and kids. I get excited about helping others find their best path to a meaningful life. Being human involves a lot of chaos in which having extra support can ease the burden. As a generalist practitioner, I use an integrative approach when it comes to treatment-as one size doesn’t fit all.
