As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) and Behavior Analyst (BCBA), I partner with children, adults, couples, and families on their unique journeys. With 16 years of experience, I offer specialized support in perinatal mental health (PMH-C) and trauma recovery (TF-CBT). My approach is built on a deep understanding of human development and behavior, drawing from degrees in Child Development (AS), Social Sciences (BS), and Psychology/MFT/Behavioral Analysis (MS). I am a PhD candidate (exp. 2026) in Public Policy, Psychology, and Law, focusing on supporting families within the family law system. I bring a compassionate, client-centered approach to every session.
