Many people come to therapy seeking clarity after crisis, support through change, or a space to better understand themselves and their experiences. In therapy, my role is to offer a space rooted in trust, safety, and mutual respect. I believe meaningful work happens when you feel genuinely seen and heard—without pressure to perform, explain everything perfectly, or hide the parts of yourself that feel vulnerable. We will draw on your lived experience and my clinical perspective collaboratively to navigate while lies ahead. With a PhD in Public Health focused on mental health and resilience following crisis, and clinical training in psychology, my work at Root & Rise Collective is trauma-informed, culturally responsive, and grounded in evidence-based care that considers both individual experiences and the broader systemic and environmental factors shaping mental well-being.
