My ideal client is capable, self-aware, and quietly exhausted. They're managing work, family, and complex relationships - often as a parent or stepparent - while carrying more emotional weight than anyone sees. On the inside, they feel overwhelmed, resentful, or disconnected from themselves. They don't want to be told to "try harder" or think more positively. They want relief, steadiness, and a place where they don't have to perform. Their goal is to feel grounded, confident in their boundaries, and more like themselves again.
