I work closely with individuals, parents, and families to uncover new ways of relating to each other and strengthen the bonds that matter the most. My approach to treatment is holistic, collaborative, and trauma-informed. I have experience working with all ages dealing with a variety of issues including trauma, anxiety, depression, substance use/addiction, sports performance, life transitions, and parenting issues. I specialize in helping parents navigate the challenges of raising children.
