I believe change and healing occur in a warm, safe, therapeutic environment and I strive to provide you with just that. I have 7 years of experience with various populations, from children throughout adulthood in clinical and hospital settings, with a concentration in LGBTQ affirming care. I practice a blend of CBT, DBT and Mindfulness to help guide you to your very best self. I look forward to working with you!
