Dealing with hopelessness, anxiety, and other stressors in daily life can be difficult and sometimes unmanageable. I work with individuals, couples, children, adolescents, and families on coping with and understanding these stressors, as well as managing and overcoming them. My goal is to establish trust and working relationships to educate on the impact in mental health; how to manage stressors, and identify preventative techniques to address those issues.
