My style is warm, curious, and grounded in the belief that healing happens through genuine connection within the therapeutic relationship and paying close attention to the vocabulary of your body: Feelings! I work with adults at all ages navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, sexuality, gender identity, obsessions and relationship struggles. I’ll meet you with respect and authenticity as we work toward more connection and meaning in your relationships and your life.
