The human experience is different for everyone. My clients are busy managing hectic lives. Work, school, kids, past traumas, physical ailments, mental health issues- such as depression, anxiety, ADD, etc. Most don’t have the time to process or sort through major life events when they happen, causing a feeling of disarray. Many feel “off track” and simply want to get back to a state of normal functioning. I like to talk to my clients about their personal needs and goals. My job is to help hold you accountable and call you out when you’re slipping back into old habits or behaviors.
