I was born and raised in Lexington, Kentucky. I received my bachelor’s degree in Sports Administration from Bellarmine University. I continued my education at Eastern Kentucky University earning my master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. I have over 10 years of experience working with both kids and adults, mentoring youth, and coaching soccer. I have a special interest in working with athletes, as I played soccer at the collegiate and semi-pro level. I primarily utilize Internal Family Systems (IFS) for all ages, but I also implement play therapy techniques when working with children and teens.
