I am here to help you realize your best self. I use a combination of cognitive behavioral interventions, insight oriented work, and mindfulness development to help you manage the stressors in your life. I believe that my clients are equal partners in their endevours to achieve their goals. I work with adolescents and adults struggling with anxiety and depressive disorders. I have years of experience treating seniors who are having a hard time dealing with health related changes as well as memory difficulties.
