Life can feel heavy—whether it’s stress, anxiety, or the strain of relationships, it can be hard to carry it all on your own. Taking the first step can feel intimidating, especially if you’re not sure how to begin. The truth is, you don’t have to have the perfect words or a plan mapped out—therapy starts with showing up as you are, in this moment. My goal is to provide a safe, supportive space where you feel heard, valued, and empowered to live authentically—“free, free to be me.” My experience includes working in psychiatric treatment, addiction, trauma and behavioral challenges. I have worked with adults, teens, and veterans. I have supported CEOs, high-performing professionals, college students, and athletes in navigating stress, pressure, and life transitions., I work with couples, helping them strengthen communication and trust.
