Often when we are feeling anxious or overwhelmed we can become unsure of ourselves which launches us into an exhausting cycle. My mission is to help you take on your important life roles with reflection, empathy, and the bravery to take a new approach to the challenges you are experiencing. I provide therapy to adults who are experiencing anxiety, challenges in relationships and parenting, are exploring their identity, or are wanting to heal from their trauma history. I also provide therapy to children ages 0-11 who are experiencing social, emotional, behavioral challenges. All services can be provided in English or Spanish.
