Starting therapy can feel daunting. With this in mind, I prioritize building strong rapport and offering client-centered care to create a welcoming, collaborative space where you feel safe to explore, heal, and grow. Whether working with individuals, couples, or families, I collaborate with my clients to develop a personalized approach tailored to their unique needs and goals. I use evidence-based, trauma-informed, and goal-oriented approaches in my work. I hold extensive training in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and also incorporate CBT, DBT, solution-focused, motivational interviewing, and mindfulness approaches. For couples and families, I draw from Structural, Bowenian, EFT, and Gottman Method approaches.
