I am a Social Worker (LICSW) with experience working with adults, adolescents, young adults and families, all who are impacted in one way or another by symptoms of Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD), Anxiety, Depression, Family conflict, School issues, Grief and Trauma. I have worked in home, community and outpatient settings. My focus is establishing a therapeutic alliance and rapport, setting the stage for success by overcoming obstacles in life. You are your own expert! I believe that we can work together to create a new journey of enlightened thinking and more presence in the moment. I use a few different therapeutic approaches such as CBT, ACT, and Solution focused brief therapy. Each of the practice approaches, focus on utilizing strengths, to manage stress and work towards goal oriented action.
