My passion is helping people improve their ability to experience emotions in a healthy way so that they can be the best versions of themselves. We will work together to resolve issues with trauma, anxiety, anger, addiction or feeling stuck in life. You may have tried making changes to feel better or be more positive, but despite your best efforts something is holding you back. You may have instinctual response patterns that are working against you. That's not you, that's survival mode. I will help reduce the struggle by teaching you how to "rewire" your nervous system so that it works with you, allowing you to be the real you.
