I love helping couples, parents and families work through a variety of different issues. I work with clients struggling with relationship concerns, behavior problems, anxiety, depression, communication, and more. I enjoy working with those going through transitions and bring an engaging approach to ensuring clients feel supported. With a bachelor's in early childhood, I also enjoy helping clients explore their pasts and how those early years impact us now. I have a passion for helping individuals increase their toolbox to better obtain healthy relationships and feel more competent.
