I work with my clients to address a wide range of mental health and life challenges, addressing both problematic patterns of behavior and ways of not being able to show up in life as you would like to. The ultimate goal of therapy is improving functioning in life activities and quality of life, to be able to both experience your emotions and also engage in life undeterred. I use a whole body mind spirit system somatic approach and work within this lens to address your challenges from a character structure perspective.
