I’m here to help you better understand yourself, gently tending to your concerns and guiding you toward greater clarity, self-awareness, confidence, and peace. My approach is person-centered and grounded in compassion. I am deeply committed to creating a safe, supportive, and neutral space where you can feel seen, accepted, and free to explore whatever thoughts or emotions arise — no matter where you are in your journey. Together, we’ll gently uncover and release what’s standing in the way of your healing. My areas of expertise include working with adults and teens coping with depression and anxiety, children, troubled family systems, relationships, life transitions, and coping with stress. I utilize evidence based practices placing special focus on body centered techniques such as mindfulness, somatic, and coping skills through yogic technologies.
