Welcome! I believe that healing is a journey we are all capable of, especially with the right support. Therapy is a space of deep vulnerability, and my goal is to provide an environment where you feel truly seen, safe, and understood. While insight is powerful, true change often requires more than just awareness - it asks us to engage with our emotions, our bodies, and our lived experiences. That's while I bring experiential work into our sessions, incorporating somatic awareness and deeper emotional exploration. I am trained in Accelerated Experiential Dynamic Psychotherapy (AEDP) and Ketamine Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP).
