I identify as Indian-American and growing up in a bicultural environment has provided me with an open-mindedness and respect for the diversity of human experience. As such, it is important to me that I bring an intersectional, anti-racist, and LGBTQIA+ affirming lens to therapy. I believe that our early significant relationships in addition to threatening situations can create parts of us that while well intentioned, can contribute to challenges we experience in the present.
