Currently accepting new clients. I work with adults who are thoughtful, emotionally insightful, and ready for deeper healing work. Many of my clients seek support for trauma or long-standing emotional patterns through a mind–body approach that integrates somatic therapy, parts-informed work, and EMDR when appropriate. I am best suited for clients who have some internal stability and are looking for depth-oriented therapy rather than ongoing crisis support or skills-only coping. I also work with clients who wish to integrate Christian faith into therapy and offer spiritually attuned inner healing in a respectful, client-led way.
