Having been a psychotherapist for 45 years, I am now providing in person or telehealth services as a Life Coach. Guiding adults of all ages through life's transitions, I offer tools and skills for navigating challenging situations and relationships, managing grief and stress, practicing mindfulness and gratitude. Coaching invites you to use resources within you and outside of you to maximize and enhance your own abilities, insight, intelligence, experiences and self worth. It is a Joy to discover we can choose how we respond to whatever comes our way. It is empowering to know we can respond with Compassion.
