Effective therapy looks different for each person, whether it is having a safe space to express things you have long held inside, building insight into destructive patterns in your life, or learning specific skills to improve your mood or navigate daily stressors. My goal is to meet my clients where they are now and work together toward improving their quality of life, addressing past traumas and adverse experiences that continue to affect their life in the present, and helping them identify and take steps toward their goals. I have found therapy to be hugely healing in my own life, and I hope always to do the same for my clients.
