I believe therapy can be beneficial for healing and self exploration. My intention is to help others to connect to and strengthen their own inner knowledge. Therapy offers a chance to find peace, acceptance of self, and connection to our spiritual heart. In addition to being a LCSW, I am a reiki practitioner as well as a yoga therapist. Depending on individual needs, some therapeutic work can be accessed by focusing on the breath and simple yoga movement.
