Welcome to my practice! I am a bilingual psychotherapist with over 20 years of experience working in the Clinical field. I offer psychotherapy to people whose goals are to improve their mental well being, strengthen their interpersonal relationships, and achieve their aspirations in life. I combine different schools of psychotherapy to offer the most pertinent tools for clients to learn how to deal with diverse mental health conditions: anxiety, depression, sexual trauma, PTSD, complicated grief, relational challenges, self harm, among others. I am bilingual (Spanish) and also multicultural.
