If you are struggling with support systems, have anxiety, or are struggling with limiting belief systems that you are ready to heal and process then I am your person. We will use the same courage that brought you here and grow it to make a safe space for you to make the changes you are ready to make. I have a trauma-informed approach working with children and adults 4 and up. For children, I utilize Theraplay to foster connection, trust, and emotional-regulation. I also am EMDR-trained (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) and ready to explore with you as a team the path which will best match your goals.
