I am a Licensed Mental Health Therapist/Counselor that has been working since 2016 with a variety of clients dealing with Depression, Anxiety, Panic, Bipolar, Sleep Disorders, ADHD, Moderate to Severe Mental Illness, Substance Abuse, Oppositional Defiant Disorder, Maladaptive Child Behaviors, and Trauma. I also provide behavioral parent training to parents with children who struggle with ADHD and Oppositional Defiance.
