We will focus on changing thoughts and behaviors to alter those aspects of your life that are contributing to your suffering, and, I will help you implement habits that promote growth and wellness. I will also coach you to obtain relief from both current and long standing issues that get in the way of happiness and fulfillment in your relational and professional life. I use holistic and culturally sensitive individualized psychotherapeutic strategies.
